About the Pomodoro Technique

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. It uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.

1. Work

Focus on your task for 25 minutes without interruption.

2. Short Break

Take a 5-minute break to rest your mind.

3. Long Break

After 4 work sessions, take a longer 15-minute break.

This technique helps improve mental agility, enhance focus, and avoid burnout by ensuring regular breaks.
